Agreed looks pretty good. Once you added all the batcessories it kind of jazzed it up a little still not thrilled with the front fins but I can't think of anything better you could have done
-
The rear fin looks good with the scallops the front fins look a little off to me but I think it would be too plain without them and I can’t recommend anything better btw I hope I don’t sound critical I really like it

Winged snakes are usually dragons bat wings and cobras
-
Not to be picky and I hope you don't mind the comment but the rear fin looks sort of shark like. Would you consider maybe adding a couple of scallops to the trailing edge?
-
Where would you place the front wing? Is there any danger of going too far forward and causing it to dig the nose in and flip over tail to nose? I don’t need traction for power just steering. How about even with the front wheels?
-
I was actually thinking of having the rudder connected to the front wheel steering. And using the rear stab near the front with the elevators providing some sort of controllable downforce
-
I just knew if I posted the idea someone would step in with the details I needed to make it plausible. For wheels I was planning to convert the wires from the kit to discs and sand the tread from the tires I hadn't given any thought to downforce but it is an excellent point. I have two wings and a horizontal stabilizer with elevators to play with

yes but that was to get airborne this one doesn’t have to it just needs a long run to get up to speed heck these are rocket guys maybe a small solid fuel booster in the tail to run for 15 seconds to get it up to speed

Any recommendations for a donor kit for wheels and suspension? something from the 1948 time period in 1/32

A group of confiscated pulse jet V-1’s were sent to White Sands for testing after the war. I’m thinking some enterprising young idiots got one declared surplus, stripped the wings and added wheels and suspension, and trucked it up to bonneville to run on the salt flats. As they would do 500+ fully loaded who knows what they would do stripped down. Probably less with the drag from the wheels but it would still be a crazy ride i am starting with this kit and looking for a good 1/32 donor for wheels tires and suspension parts

Nice job interesting color choice for the interior is the rear compartment the same?
-
Why not remove the top entirely and cover the opening? Then use a bubble canopy or similar?

One of my favorites I will be watching

not completely done I still need a little dry brushing on the steps, fix a little of the brickwork, and some signs like "XXX Cycle Parts" over the door and maybe "Office" on the door or "Hours Open" type next to it, that type of thing. But it is close and set up on a corner shelf in my room Now I can go back to finishing that civilian WLA

Doing this one has been different. Usually I want the paint smooth and even but today I am painting the door and window green and I want it to look like someone brush painted it with cheap enamel house paint as this isn’t in the best of neighborhoods. So it takes some effort to “not” do the best job painting or jn other words make it look like it is a hack job. more pics tomorrow almost done

Really like what you did with this one. The look and atmosphere are perfect and the ability to mix and match different cars and people just makes it outstanding.
-
Still quite a bit of touch up to do but this shows what I was thinking when I set it up as a photo back ground

Miniart makes this one it is a war time WLA there are about a dozen or so WWII era 1/35 kits most of them German

just checking the size I like the leaky Harley oil spots funny how they came about I had made a wash using cheap craft paint, water, and Dawn dishwashing liquid. Being cheap paint it didn’t mix completely and some tiny clumps remained which soaked into the plaster and look like oil spots in the pavement

Thanks they were easier to make then I thought they would be
