  2. Two Incredible Trucks to say the least. Can't wait to see more!
  3. I love it when a plan comes together! Look Incredible!!!
  4. Very Nice Build! I used to maintain an 85 model just like this one, and even replaced the engine once and the transmission twice, along with a list of other things over the years. It belonged to a local electrician. He kept that truck so loaded that the DMV pulled him over and I was told that they weighed him at just over 12000lbs. I really never liked that truck, but your model is awesome! You have really captured the real thing.
  5. Very Nice, Clean Build!
  6. Gator, I don't like change either (probably more than most). My first impression was not a good one. However, I will say that as one of the old dinosaurs that still use Internet Explorer, before, I could not quote from topics or upload pictures from Photobucket. I would use my wife's computer which uses chrome. Now my computer will load everything fine with Internet Explorer. So, for me anyway, there was some benefit.
  7. The pictures that I posted through the website are gone. The ones that I posted with Photobucket are still here. I suppose that this is due to the update of the website?
  8. Looks like the real thing! Nice Job!
  9. I liked this truck until I saw under the hood, Then I REALLY LIKED IT!
  10. Excellent! Boss Hogg would be proud!
  11. Very nice Chevelle, and excellent build!
  12. Very Awesome Build.
  13. I like this build. It's nice to see someone willing to build a grocery getter. Seen and fixed a lot of these in 1:1 back in the day. This is my kind of build. Great Work!!!
  14. The engine in the first Bighorn (Gold one in all the adds) was white in all the photos that I have seen. Remember there is usually an exception to the rule. The only time that my dad worked for a company that bought an entire new fleet of trucks was in 1983. Out of over 40 brand new 83 Freightliners, two of the 3406 Cats were white, the rest were all yellow. The old K100 that my dad drove had a green Detroit, while some were white. The company that I worked for back in the early 90s painted every Mack engine that was rebuilt grey, even the gold ones. Not to mention engine swaps, new replacements, etc. The point is; when modeling, there is room for variation unless you are modeling an exact replica.
  15. I have had plenty of experience with these trucks in 1:1, and you have captured this truck very nicely. Very nice build.
  16. Very nice build. The fire hoses among other details bring it to life.
  17. Nice Autocar! I would like to see more pictures of that engine!
  18. A little more done on the interior. Doghouse finished. Seats, dash, A/C and CB installed. Floor boards, pedals, heater box, and door panels installed. Interior panels installed. Scraped the interior bucket and started from scratch. All the clearances for the engine complete.
  19. Very Impressive to say the least. The paint is Incredible!
