Not sure, but you may be able to carefully polish them out once the paint has fully cured. I am sure that one of the more experienced members will be able to give you much better advice.
I think that the rate at which 3d print technology is progressing, it won't be long before it will be possible to make almost any part you can dream up. The only hurdle seems to be mastering the rendering of the actual part you want to print. I'm all for people like you who are leading the way.
