WIP - Weathered FD100
KWT replied to KWT's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Actually paint wise, it's probably where it's going to be.. I'll be adding weathering powders and such to add the depth I'm looking for. My weathering is usually subtle -
Very nicely done!

Awesome job on all 3. Very nicely done

Tried to knock this one out before Halloween... and actually made it.. Built curbside.. Paint is Tamiya Bright Red and Pure White with Mica Silver for the details. No Clear And now the obligatory outside shots... As always, thanks for looking...

Thanks guys! I do appreciate it... she's heading under glass right now (got some outside shots) I do think I'd like to see that

Thanks man! With work going the way it has I didn't think it would happen. I cheated and sprayed the inside with flat black.

Well... I had a bit of a mishap with the side glass. Got most of the glue off them.. most... but regardless, just in time for Halloween, she's done. Still have to get some decent photos before I post under glass. As always, thanks for looking...

AMT 2017 Camaro "Fiftieth" Anniversary Edition
KWT replied to mustang1989's topic in WIP: Model Cars
I know you're going for an accurate build, but I gotta say that interior looks pretty slick already. -
really looking good

I think... could be wrong... I read somewhere they had kinda worked out that issue... again, could be thinking of something else.

Very little time for models during the week... but I did get the chassis/interior put together. I'm going with the blacked out windows, so not much detail to be involved here... and it's hard to tell from the photos, but I got some black on some of the chrome goodies Hoping to get some more done on her tomorrow before the weekend festivities start... Stay tuned...

I am intrigued now... Wonder what scale shuttle would suit this?
