  8. Number 5 on my small town green weathered Chevy truck theme. Decided to do something a little out of my comfort zone with this one. AMT's Union 76 release of the kit, built curbside... Cheated on the lowering, but got the look I was going for... Tried to get a restoration started look... As always, thanks for looking... on to the next...

  12. I've been on a Truck building kick as of late.. and a weathering one also. Decided to go green, since apparently green chevy's were not uncommon around here. Decided to tackle the Revell 41 Chevy Pickup. It is built curbside and I built it the way I would have seen one in my small town as a kid. As always, thanks for looking.... on to the next...
  13. I got one the other day from an ebay seller... basically in a plastic bag... crushed... luckily the kit has a small parts count so everything was just pushed to one side. doesn't appear to be any damage. I hate when stuff isn't in a box... even more than I hate people that use packing peanuts lol.
  14. Nice start.. I'm definitely following along with this one

  16. Very nicely done, Rick!
  17. Very cool. Hope to see many more of these. Always rocks to see a good boxtop build also. Thanks for sharing this... It says he printed decals for it.
  18. Very nicely done, Bill

  20. I got a replacement body in the mail this week. I do thank the folks at Revell, and Chris Borris, for getting that out to me in the speedy time. I haven't had a response, as of yet, to the last message. But I can tell you, from previous messages, they are looking into production.
  21. Thanks guys, I do appreciate it! This is the one of the few I've built that I gave a little story to in my mind... Kept me interested. That may be a new thing I start trying from time to time.
