  5. Copper Stranded Solder Dri-Wick, where does one get this wonderful stuff ?
  6. A block of 2X4 a couple of strategically placed holes of the right size depending on what size coat hanger / welding rod you chose. Notice the clothespins are sanded to a usable shape, I don't remember how I attached them though.

  8. I'm at a loss for words. I had a friend that lived down the street that had a complete machine shop in his garage. He did Aerospace work. I never could get him interested in doing something like this.He'd tell me " Go ahead, I wont be using such and such machine for a few days. Way beyond my expertise. Jim you got it.

  16. I think the wheels came from one of those early Monogram Pro Stock Camaros. The engine and headers (best part) came from a JoHan Mavrick.

  19. I got started on these "Flip Fronts" after reading and seeing the "How To" in the olf Rod & Custom Models Magazine back in the day.
  20. Got side tracked from this with a double Buick Nailhead AMT DD. I can't come up with a good color, the red plastic throws me.

  24. Great idea, tucking that MPC body in there to build up the fire wall. Here's a pic of a friend of mine's car.
  25. Made me look. Always one of my favorites,a friend had one in college, turquoises with a 427. Great build.
