  3. Not all Michaels of Hobby Lobby stores are bad. At this point in our hobby we ought to make the best of what we have and in many cases these stores are it with so many Hobby Shops closing. Take the time , talk to the people that run the stores, make your concerns known. This may be the last hoorah before we only have the interweb as a hobby source. I must be blessed, the stores mentioned here in my area are all worthy. Of course having a son in law being a manager in one sure helps. and let's not forget those 40% 50 % off coupons.

  6. Yes their bodies are great, chassis not to exciting. The engines on the other hand are really well done, lots of detail, at least on their later releases. The Mavericks especially.

  12. Saw it this way at a show in Tucson back in the sixties. The promoter was standing there and i ask him what kind of engine was in it. He looked it over for a sec. Then looked at the valve cover and proclaimed . It was an Offenhauser.
