    I been using this for many years.Bondo Glazing Spot Putty dries fast & easy to sand..i get it at Walmart but most auto or home centers should carry it. or you can order on line from Amazon.

    i have stripped resin (enamel ) with Easy Off Oven Cleaner yellow can with no problem. just spray on leave 6-8 hrs use old tooth brush to scrub off old paint. re pete if needed. acrylic paint use 91% isopropyl alcohol.

    make sure you paint the out side of the plywood with a good water proof paint to keep it weather proof..plywood will rot. i used plexiglass on mine..
