  1. Wonder how well it would work if it was thinned with lacquer first. Dad has done that with house paint and it tends to stick better tban straight house paint does.
  2. Welcome aboard!
  3. Don't see why not, I've seen it done with rc stuff, especially with the crawler guys. The monster truck I posted the pic of over in the so crazy it's cool thread, had enough parts to all but finish a new truck.
  4. I've already got a hearse project going actually
  5. There are no rules? Well, if those are the rules...........
  6. It would work on a home painted beater, a friend when I was in highschool shared a late 70's F-150 (w/I-6) with his older sister and it happened to be repainted white by a previous owner with house paint and a roller!
  7. Beautiful, my kid sister and I had a little running around to do early this morning, luckily no pepper spray was involved O_o
  8. Was that confiscated from Kyle Busch?
  9. That's good, I was begining to wonder what happened to him.
  10. Sweet, keep us updated!
  11. Those are pretty cool ideas, especially the Cord Panel!
  12. That's kinda what I want to do, but with the new Revell ZR-1. Looks like the fenderwells would need to be moved out to the corners further and the engine bay needs a total rework though.
  13. Looks good so far.
  14. I didn't realize that Hot Wheels had one till last month when I saw one of their reissues last month.
  15. The Hudson was more of a "for the heck of it" sketch, but would work for insperation towards others thoug
  16. It's kinda dull and gray here now, but the temps are nice though!
  17. Somehow I think the purists would be coming for you too!
  18. Shouldn't be that hard to find a fleet of insurance write offs to start with at least, they're already "lost" anyway, so why worry about frankensteining a few together and cram them under a Van, Matador, or Monza.... To bad there wasn't a better Ford GT kit made, a couple of those would work nicely under inder that re-issue of the Ford Econoline kit
  19. Wow, that thing is pretty wild!
  20. That'll be nice, don't have to work again till saturday!
  21. Uhg, wonderful, just wonderful!
  22. I picked a couple of those recently and was thinking of doing the same, but with first gen Viper kits instead........and yes, the V-10 would stay there too! Got a Revell Monza "Street Machine" and I've thought a out combining it with a new Revell ZR-1 kit! You know Chuck, it's a good thing these are only in scale, can't you just see the purists frothing at the mouth if somebody destroyed multiple Vettes or Vipers to create these beasts in 1/1 O_O
  23. I cooked this up a while back And even started build of it too! If you look closely, not only is it wearing C5 Vette wheels, but I also cut up 2 C5 Vette kits from AMT for the basis too. And yes, it is "that" low
