  1. I've got one of the Revell 1/12 '57 Chevy's here that would probably be a starting point......either that, or that early 60's AMT '57 Chevy that had all the cool period speed and kustom parts left out of it on the most recent reissue.........still kinda hacked off about that one!
  2. I've got a good idea what the van would need (just unwilling to cut up my last remaining A-Team van for it), but I've got no clue where to start on something that unrelated to a stock model body. That thing could end up like Chezoom, the vin number would be the only part left untouched!
  3. Must be a Maybach seeing as it looks like an overgrown Mercedes with a hidious front clip.
  4. It does Ed, as well as the old style grill/front bumper, mirrors, side trim (that probably hadn't been used since the early 80's), the cut marks for the raised roof, original wheels and hub caps, ect.
  5. You know, I'm getting sick of seeing the Monster Energy Drink graphics every where, but it's perfect on your build!
  6. Honestly, I wouldn't mind if they left the newer parts from the A-Team van as well as the post '77 dash and wheel(s) and the grills that were never offered in styrene.
  7. Wow Virgil, haven't heard that name mentioned in a loooooong time.
  8. I've got a few of those around here it does have the louvered hood. as well as the bulged hood for the upper intercooler tube
  9. Kinda starting to remind me of McCall's Daytona from Hunter.
  10. I don't know Virgil, you'd have to start with a '57 Chevy and lots of extra styrene
  11. The Daytona has some sort of V-8, never looked close enough though since I didn't give a rat's tookus about using that option.
  12. Finished another one.
  13. Anybody got a reeeeeeeeeealy warped A-Team van or Revell van? LOL
  14. Got my attention here, had a couple turbo cars at one time myself.
  15. Had nothing better to do.........that I wanted to anyway....... And had been thinking of a conversation in the chat room last night too.
  16. Looks like it could be a modified Taurus grill.
  17. It does have a bit of a rat rod feel, wonder if it's a SC motor or the factory motor with the SC intake?
  18. There was some pretty cool stuff there!
  19. It looks like it would be a fun cruiser in fair weather.....wouldn't want to try and run those DOT slicks in the rain though
  20. That is neat!
  21. Here's a locally owned, early Step Down Hudson (I'm guessing late 40's ) that I see every once in a while.
  22. Well, could be worse...Palmer could have engineered it
  23. Here's one of my favorites, And the Model A it's attached to,
