  1. Just got started on mine tonight! the box Outta the box and after being attacked my me, still need a little standing to be done on the rear end though.
  2. Just finally looked up the Jet, no wonder that thing failed, it looks like a small, ugly version of the post war-'54 GM cars
  3. If it had some under detail, I'd be tempted to kit bash it with Tamiya's Jeep Wrangler....if I can find one of those..................
  4. I've been searching for pictures of kustomized Hudson's of late and keep running across these things and for some reason the same thing keeps coming to mind................................ "Hi, I'm Norm!"
  5. Ditto, I've got a Dremel and a folder full of small rounded files
  6. Lol, now that you mention it, it kinda looks like a cross between a G-Body Cutlass and a Zimmer Quicksilver version of the Fiero
  7. Anybody else notice it's running Mustang wheels too
  8. Looks good, always felt the bubble top looked better than the formal one.
  9. Hmmmm, can't wait to see what else will be there then! BTW Luc, we've the moved the store to a different part of St. Charles if you're going to be coming out this way again.
  10. I'll be honest, the one I just bought has no issues what so ever (did forget to check the taillights though) and I can't wait to dig in and start tinkering with it!
  11. I was on last.night to see if I could chat with my new phone (it works B-) ) and ended up staying on for longer than planned.
  12. For HL, the main offices decided what the stores will carry and the store manager would reorder from there as needed.
  13. If that kit is based off the extended cab n/a F-150, it's probably the standard valve covera and intake for that engine.
  14. Not far from Harry, Dupage (live) and Kane (work, but might as well live here too) Counties.
  15. Could be worse, could be another '57 Chevy kit or '69 Camaro kit.
  16. Don't know why they weren't popular, that flat black one looks pretty nice, look even better if it has the right shiny paint job on it
  17. I didn't think minivans doing burnouts could get better than some of the hot rodded 2.5 T1 vans or that red one from the OP, but this thing is awesome
  18. Looks like the first two just had the wheels positioned at the wheel wells just to get he idea of how they'll look on the cars. The "Euro" look usually had lowrider wire wheels poking a few inches out of the well (much like that mullet mobile Camaro) but had much smaller tires and some clearence (unlike modern Donks). Now that beater looks like it was cursed with GM's 10 Bolt rear end
  19. Just like the title says
