  1. Looks good, but those vans had their sliders along the roof and gutter instead of in the side like all Ford vans and the Chrysler minivans.
  2. That's not the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine DIY, that's a poor rendition of the Chrysler 2.0l Neon engine with a turbo on it
  3. Haven't hurt myself too badly with exacto knives yet, but I'm a bit OCD about being careful with them at the same time. The scary incicdent I did have was with an aluminum handled body reamer that fell out of the cap and nearly speared one of my feet
  4. Isn't there a guitarish Whua,Whua in there somewhere too?
  5. Probably will have to stick them in the Truck portion for now. Depending on what the new forums will be like and the style of Monster Truck, that could make a difference. If they put in a section specifically for "Competition Vehicles" as well as "Trucks" and or "Light Commercial" (including cop cars and the like), ect that could allow for the different style of Monsters to be put in different forums. If it's the original style ladder frame/leaf spring/steel body truck, those would be more likely to be a good fit on the "Truck" section, however modern tube frame, 'glas bodied "truggy" monsters can be technically be considered a competition or race vehicle and be pretty appropriate for a "Competition Vehicle" forum. It's not like they aren't less technologically advanced than some forms of race cars anyway
  6. That is one wicked looking Charger!
  7. Sweet looking '57!
  8. Not sure what it is, I like how it looks.
  9. Looks good with those big Centerlines Mark!
  10. Great work on that G-Van Brian, looks just right! I hope that kits get's reissued sometime, never got around to buying one when they were on the shelves a few years back.
  11. LOL Harry, Seriously Though, see if you can get your hands on some ALCLAD Chrome Paint and paint the kit parts.
  12. X2, are you going to put it on a shelf or hang it on a wall?
  13. I found the slot car one on YouTube a couple weeks back. This One was pretty good too!
  14. Kinda reminds me of a Nissan Murano I saw today, probably not too far from where Harry lives either
  15. Yup, still is like that at 12:31 am
  16. I remember hearing about that too, and the death threats that Bill Simpson started to receive afterward like the ones Sterling received. IIRC the belt installed in his car the wrong way at his request and even though Bill Simpson kept telling him that those needed to be installed correctly or they would fail, he never did have that done.
  17. You know, it's funny. I met the guy who's Charger was used for this kit and it was nearly identical to this car! The car was the same color, but it had Magnum 500 wheels, 440 Magnum/727, and white interior.
  18. I'm surprised that Petty's '88 Daytona crash isn't on that list, I remember watching it 22 years ago!
  19. Depends of which "Lee" it's replicating, the one that John Schnieder owned and used as "Traveler" in his movie "Collier and Company, Hot Pursuit" has opening doors...also had a 528 Hemi too
  20. I don't think that wing is optional, should be functional and probably needed to get the full performance out of it.
  21. Hahaha, I was just wondering if there was a knife holding the gas pedal to the floor of this car
  22. Sounds like fun, you going to build the Mustang he had too?
  23. I kinda did that with a mid-70's Candy Van back in high school, it was intended to be an old van that was in the middle of a restification, so there's primer, miss-matched body panels, some rust, and a weber carbed SBC under the cut open hood I still need to get this one A-Team Van started again though
  24. Actually, those look alot better now they they got rid of those stupid hood ribs
