  1. Where I'm from, football talk is like politics and religion . . . all rolled into one. Know what I mean?
  2. I don't want to seem Judge-mental, but that's a beauty.
  3. Not at the altitudes they would fly. No worse than kites, R/C planes, and potato guns.
  4. Agreed. Blurry pix make it hard to say for certain, but I like the colors and graphic pattern.
  5. Looks pretty good. Spill the beans. Scratch? Modified something else? I don't remember any kits of this body style.
  6. PS: I know you're just anxiously awaiting this newsflash ~ it's been in the low- to mid-70s all week and the forecast for the next week is a cooling trend - 68 to 72. And, we gotta keep shoveling sunshine.
  7. "White Stuff" here ~ in weather terms ~ is that cloud Agent G saw yesterday. (It has floated down our way today.) In commerce terms, the same phrase refers to a large clandestine industry that passes through here on the sand freeways . . . but you knew that.
  8. Nice.
  9. I'm not a big fan of the 'dub' style of rolling stock, but they don't look bad on this one! Stuckey's and Starbird's lines look good in green, too. Good job, Paul!
  10. Great stuff!
  11. Sweet!
  12. Sweet!
  13. "Agreed - I don't see Heller making something like a Yugo." Eh, it was just a joke. A little tongue-in-cheek cheekiness.

    Fun for 2013

    All are excellent!!!
  15. In my mind, where the "tasteless" comes in is that "war" involves professional warriors and organized entities engaged in battle with like warriors and entities. "Terrorism" involves zealots whose objective is to inflict and engender as much pain, suffering, and 'terror' upon civilian individuals and masses as possible; targets who are not similarly trained and equipped to engage in battle. Thus, I see a big difference in marketing military models and marketing terrorists. And, I don't think it's a "USA thing" at all. Ask the average citizen of the world whose homeland has been targeted by terrorists.
  16. What's next? A Yugo?
  17. Neat fleet.
  18. Without pictures, it's just . . . an "air HiLux."
  19. All very good, but . . . I LOVE the Stude, Dude!
