  1. Kewl! - Kewl.
  2. Who says that was directed to you? Besides, how do you know for sure you aren't Jim? - I'm Danno and I approved this emoticon.
  3. Well, okay. Seriously, the kit is the bomb. The glitterclear is just a feable marketing ploy anyway. - I'm Danno and I approved this emoticon.
  4. Whoa! This got away from me. Guess I'd better pay closer attention. Looking great, Ira! - I'm Danno and I approved this emoticon.
  5. - I'm Danno and I approved this emoticon.
  6. Yeah, right. Just as collectable as the "429" 427 Corvette kit. Not. Build it, Crank ... you won't be disappointed. - I'm Danno and I approved this emoticon.
  7. - Watching ... waiting ... no new comment at present.
  8. Nice. - My approval.
  9. Nice deuce, too. - My approval.
  10. I knew you knew that. Have a nice day, Jim.
  11. Well stated, Joe. Don't forget that time was still part of the surfing music era and beach party movies were all the rage. The dune buggies just plugged right in to what was "cool." Even if you didn't live near the beach, you could cut down a surplus beetle and build a cool ride! My Approval -
  12. Nice, Jared. Mine's nearing completion, but I've gotta find some way of beating the 'die cast' pinned headlamp lens look. It just cheapens the whole kit, IMHO. My Approval -
  13. I think Gregg and his moderators are perfectly capable of dealing with any "infractions" without self-appointed hall monitors getting involved. But aside from that, an emoticon can convey information without the necessity of extensive typing and it can deliver that information in an instantly recognizable form without requiring the reader to process text. Those features are primary reasons for the existence of emoticons. = Has my attention but I have no comment. = That's funny/humorous/ironic. (By the way, it was posted in response to someone else's post of an emoticon, but you didn't jump on him.) = That's really funny; I'm laughing. (By the way, it was posted in response to someone else's post of an emoticon, but you didn't jump on him.) = That was nicely put. (By the way, it was posted in response to someone else's post of an emoticon, but you didn't jump on him, either.) = Have a nice day, Jim. Regardless, in the spirit of not inciting your indignation in the future, I'll make every effort to never again post an emoticon without text. Promise. That's good to hear. Now go forth and prove it by not being so uber-critical all the time of me or my posts. And, offer up an apology for repeatedly getting hyper about my 'full name' signature. If sincere, I'll accept it.
  14. Okaaay. That's a new one by me (the song) ... but the model is very well done. Good show!
  15. As always, Ken .... unfreekin'believeable!!!! Life's always good when there's a new Ken Hamilton project unfolding before your very eyes!
  16. Whoa! That's bitchin'. You been out in the sun too long? Keep it up!
  17. That's to support the extra couple of layers of middlemen. Why bother? The original Moebius kit is readily available stateside at half the price.
  18. Second picture, second post. That red Mitsubishi is going backwards!
  19. That is way too funny! But true.
  20. Watching.
  21. Still nothing significant to do with your life, eh Flower? Another day, another trolling attempt. You seem to resurrect this same complaint every couple of months. I never have been able to figure out what it is that got your tighty-whities in a bunch about me, or why you keep sniping at me. Can you explain? 'Above the rules of this board?' Hardly. I am held to the same standards as anyone else that posts here. And, I almost always manage to adhere to those rules. I make an occasional post that gets zapped, just like anyone else, but generally speaking, I contribute positively, articulately, and literately ~ usually with something of value to add, sometimes just to introduce a little humor. And, that's just a couple of the reasons why I am 'still allowed to keep posting.' I'm really sorry it bugs you so much that you couldn't figure out the 'full name' rule, or that I've always complied ... throughout the 4,200+ posts I've contributed. Now, peace out, dude. Life's too short. And, to show there's no hard feelings, here's a friendly emoticon for you:
