  2. Good looking Hornet, Curt!
  3. Wow! That's just spectacular boxart!
  4. Looking good. The great thing about 1:1 water tender/tanker rigs is that they are so custom and unique that just about anything goes when building a phantom ... no need to sweat too many details, just build it the way you want it. That's what actual departments do when they spec out their 1:1 rigs. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

    Nice.
  6. What G said!
  7. Thanks, all! Glad you've enjoyed it. I may have to build a dragster again sometime. I truly appreciate all the kind comments.
  8. No pix ... ('Aw, c'mon, Dude, that ain't cool!') ... but I HAVE driven Rescue 51 ... the real, live Rescue 51. Didn't get to wind 'er up, though. * And don't get me started on people-celebrities. I've had a rich life.
  9. Still nice ... even a year later!
  10. Thanks, Jairus & Mike. Much easier to understand the post when there's some data. Nice looking rods. And, yes, I agree that the Prowler was conceived in the same vein although they didn't take an existing contemporary car's design components into account in its development as was done with the Vettester and VettesterII. The XR-6, well that was another time and another type of build!

Great job!! Very nice looking Jeep. But, your driver's mascara is running.
  12. Great build, Zoli! I still can't get excited about 1/43 scale ... but that's just me and you did that one up very nicely! I just wish we could get a new Impala in 1/25. I'd be all over that!
  13. That, I would imagine, will probably prove to be the primary reason. Sometimes one can diversify oneself right out of the market.
  14. Really nice job! Love the color combo, too!
  15. Sweeet!
  16. Nice build.
  17. Nice.
  18. Nice. Love those El Caminos!

    32 sedan

    Nice.
  20. Actually, I like the concept of an old-fashioned 2-door post sedan. Anybody can ... everybody does ... build a hardtop. Nice job, Jonathan.
  21. Very nice!
  22. Wow. That's bad news. Oh, well. Life goes on ... I'll be fine as long as Chimneyville, Roadblockers, and Bill Bozo don't stop production ... oh, wait. Too late. At least we still have inexpensive new ALPS printers and ink cartridges at Wal-Mart and every local office supply store. Oooops. My bad. Yikes! Maybe life won't go on ...
