Great idea, great program!! I presume all or most of these are first-time builders. If so, you just may have ignited an interest in them other than non-productive activities, electronic games or general anti-social pursuits. Good for you!! Let us know how the next one goes, too!

Who says accuracy, spelling, grammar, and literacy aren't important on the internet? Even brief comments spelled correctly can be misinterpreted; let alone inarticulate statements with mispellings, bad grammar, and faulty syntax. Here, Romell said something simple and direct but it led to an entirely different interpretation. He didn't misplace it, it wasn't foreclosed or repossessed, he just sold it and had to move. Romell, did I say, welcome back? (And I don't mean your back is welcome!)
