Modelhaus Offical Update/SA

I just made an order for some dog dish caps. I'm glad to see the letter they submitted. I only wish more of the casters out there had the same dedication to the hobby. -
WOW!!! And it's a Club Cab! My Dad bought a new '73 longbed, and I remember not being pleased because he didn't spring for the Club Cab!

They are commanding healthy prices on eBay. Just saw a '78 priced at $150.

A couple other subtle differences between '78 and '79 LRE trucks.... The front wheels on a '78 were not as wide as the rear wheels. The '79 had the wider wheels all around. Also, the '78 didn't have catalytic converters, and the '79 did.

IIRC, there is a difference in front turn signal lens between '77 and '78. I think the '77 was white, or clear, and the '78 was amber. My '78 LRE had the amber lens. I think my uncle's '77 longbed D100 had the white lens. Of course, it makes no difference in kit form, as they are chrome plated, anyway. HAHA

Came out nice, considering it was an ABS (Already Been Started).

I suspect you're right about that, Casey! Just some wishful thinkin' on my part! LOL

Wouldn't it be nice if they included all four versions of the grille and hood? And, here's a crazy thought........long bed, short bed, step bed, 4x2, and 4x4 parts all in one giant box!!! Would be a great opp to rebuild all those ancient glue bombs!!! LOL
-
There is also this version of the stepside bed: Basically, the LRE, I assume.
-
I wonder what kinda time frame we're looking at with this one.
-
I'd like to have one of these: I also wonder if the dirt bike parts will be in the re-issue?

A real beauty! I'm liking the fade paintjob down the sides. Well done on this one!!
