  1. Never, and there are two of them about 5 miles in either direction North, and South.
  2. I don't think you could go wrong with the taig. You will find out later that the extra tooling costs, will be more expensive than the initial lathe price. So getting as much tooling as you can right now. Is a smart idea
  3. I could'nt say that a new 60 impala kit, would be the end all save all of the universe. However, I would'nt mind seeing a new kit done in a manner that would be Accurate, would always be welcomed.
  4. I think bill geary said liquid cement swells the plastic and helps to eliminate the ghosting
  5. Plastikote is best sprayed out of the Can . Duplicolor has a line of automotive paints in quart cans, they have a ready mixed primer that isn't too pricey at about $25.00 a quart. if you want Hobby type of primers there are a lot of acrylic brands of airbrush ready primers. or you could go to a paint store and let them know what you are planning to paint, they most likely have a House brand that can move you into.
  6. Great build.
  7. Scalefinishes has some great airbrush primer. there are others though, and you could always decant regular primer.

  10. The appeal begins with the story of how the car came about.then becomes very jaded and loses its lustre when you get to the personal side of Steves life. I still like the car and hope that Steve can get his life together somehow
  11. Steve Scott has lowered the price. The original listing was starting at $1000.00, its been up for about a month maybe a little longer.

  13. In my early modeling years.I didn't glue them it was easier to play with them on the carpet then. Now I don't do that anymore,my wife and kids get embarrassed when I do.
  14. Love that color what is it?
  15. There was a new 1/32 scale Corsair "Birdcage" model from Tamiya that looked sweet too. This particular hobby shop opens up, certain kits for viewing of the contents.
