  3. That Movie was filmed just west of downtown Mesa Arizona. The carlot across the street was Darner Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge. An Icon in mesa for probably better than fifty years. The dealership was taken away from the Darner family in about 2008 when Chrysler did the reorganiztion thing. The building has some old classic Chrysler cars in it but remains unused. The Wigwam trailer park, and the old carlot. used for the film were both torn down shortly after the movie was filmed. The trailer park, used to sit about 5 miles to the west of Mesa in nearby Tempe Arizona, close to the ASU campus.

  13. You might want to contact a local Model club, in your area to get some input from them. As to how much a collection like your fathers might bring. Do you intend on selling it complete or individually. This site does offer an Auction place called E-Model cars where you can sell them at no listing fees. You could contact Gregg on that for better information on that.

  21. How about looking into the process by which Trophies, are chrome plated. It could be more durable than Paint.
  22. Very Impressive, I have two of these kits, and would like to build one. But I made this stupid News Years resolution, not to start anymore new projects.
