  1. Thanks everybody
  2. Thanks everybody
  3. I cast this body from resin then cut a hole in the roof. There is no chassis to speak of. I JB welded a motor to the body then ran the electricals. The shoes are scratch built from braided wire. The grille and headlights were resin cast. The motor and wheels and tires are from the parts box. Thanks for looking.
  4. I built this from a Tyco 40 Ford. I made this body to fit the Aurora ThunderJet chassis. First I cut the body apart just for the cab. Then I fabricated the rear panel and boom from sheet styrene. The engine was from the parts box. Thanks for looking
  5. This is my tribute to Lil Hangman in HO scale. I built this from sheet styrene to fit the Aurora ThunderJet chassis. The boom, motor and grille are from my parts box. I even included the Iron Cross back window. Thanks for looking
  6. Here's my tribute to Uncertain T in HO scale. This was made with sheet styrene and clear plexi to fit an Aurora ThunderJet chassis. I used the motor, grille, wheels and tires from the parts bin. This one features working red light emitting diodes. Thanks for looking

  17. I dig it! Great interior and wheels
  18. This was actually my brothers idea. He's a thinker, I'm a doer. Getting older, most of us are on prescription medicine so what better use of the old pill bottles? This was the first time I tried it so I was a little hesitant. But I thought if I screw up, I learned something, right? First thing was to measure the width you will need. You don't want them too big. I like to use those oversized wheels sometimes like Foose and Kindig So this little trick worked oug great for me. Hope this helps As a matter of fact, it worked out so well, I did the same for a Ford
  19. Thanks guys, Tom, they all range between 1 1/2" to 2" long. They are plenty long enough
  20. Today I made up some distributors with leeds. I ran across an old PS2 mouse so I thought I'd take it apart. Inside were 7 different colored wires about the same scale size used for spark plug wires. I took a trip to the craft store and scored some necklace fasteners. This serves as the distributor. I stripped the mouse cord to liberate the wires and cut them down to size. Then I super glued the wires in place. I like to mix it up sometimes and match the wires with the car body color. Whatcha think?
  21. Awesome! Thanks bro!
