  1. finally opened this an a computer and not my tiny I phone Q's : looks like you shaped the fenders as separate parts and then soldered them to the fr body work ... and then shaped and soldered the bulge for the carbs ... how'my do'in ???

  7. Funny. I always thought that the kit Webers were overscale - but the photo suggests that maybe they are accurate - do you have the MFH fuel line - that would work better - hard to source but the .018 is great for this scale …

  9. Cable brakes …. State of the art in 1925 …. safe? No reliable ? No. Similar to the brake arrangement on the Bugatti 35. The cable grabs this device - which then pivots the shaft to engage the brake in the drum - try this at speed on a bumpy turn - lots of luck …

  11. The tie rod tucks into a recess in the lower body work - made From nickel silver tube - .040 - Albion Alloys - with pivots made fr nickel silver rod and some RB Motion nuts …
  12. Adding the frame skirts forward of the axle and attaching the uprights - using epoxy for adjustment time …
  13. “Some assembly required”. the fr uprights are cast to the brake backing plates - which aids assembly but also means that the fr wheels will not be posable - that’s ok - but i still have to make the suspension parts - mostly fr nickel silver … the castle style bolts are fr my Master Club stock …
  14. Setting the pedals and the floorboards - almost ready to glue in the trans - checking to make sure that the steering column will clear the pedals …
  15. Engine bulkhead - moved some holes - and did some trimming for a better fit - this is still a mockup …
