  1. I have Donn Yosts DVD and Both of Bob Downies airbrush books..as these are for the car modeler and painter. then Doc cranky starts a you tube channel and has a huge number of free videos and links....sit down on a cold day and keep the chill away!

And if you do not have the proper font....do a search for the font you need, download, unzip and load into windows fonts folder. then you can type the correct font I did this for another person and when reduced the fonts are dead on and level.....I have found at least 12 plate font sets online that I use

  4. The Mica seems to be more of a pearl rather than a flake This Nova is Mica blue and silver this 50 is not Tamiya but Duplicolor metallic...I have found Tamiya colors do look scale...some of the new testors one coat lacquers have larger flake than scale

  6. I think it looks fantastic as usual, Sean. My library showed this angle and its not the build but the scale. I don't think even Moebius could mold it to scale and not have it broken in the boxing!

  11. Nice...gotta agree on that front....but it is easy to slam. I'm going a different way though with a set of Ardun Heads.
  12. Try HOK reducer rather than lacquer thinner.....lacquer thinner can curdle....I use RU 301and no need for hardeners...on models

  21. I shoot mainly Tamiya..They recommend a 15 min window between color coats, and the same for TS13 clear, or WAIT 72 hours to prevent cracks. I have always shot all lacquers with this window, and never had any issues....Thanks to Zoom Zoom and Pete Johnson
