  11. Running gear was gone thru and repainted, along with frame and suspension. Wife took checkbook away at this point So reassembly was done.Paint and body will come sometime....... Thats my story and I'm stickin to it!! :D
  12. My first attempt at weathering...still have a bit to finish with dullkote, but its pretty close. This started out as a revell 37 / 38 ford pickup Using box parts, some hand cast wheels and tires (thanks again Dan!!) this 6 wheeled rusty rodent was born. Simple build for me, a small chop, but left the rear glass intact and tinted it with limo film tint. Home done gas tank with custom filler , mounted in the stock location. Frame was Z'd in the rear and front axle was dropped and stretched.
  13. One of my all time favorites!! I liked it better when I saw the first thing removed was the plastic "wood" bed but then it got less kool a solid wood bed..Not bad with the round, but might I make a suggestion? A trip to any airplane store will get you real wood strips. I buy bass, not balsa and along with some I beams you can scratch a bed 1 2 3!! this is my latest bed , I did a tut a while back I will see if I have that link

  19. A machine screw, with nut and a couple of washers... chuck it up, sandwich the tire between the washers,tighten nut and spin tires about 50 cents in parts
  20. Use MM metalizer in magnesium....shoot the paint "dry" by backing up a bit....this will give you the look and texture. The wheels on this were done this way
