  3. Good reply.....I have used up to 2 oz...as little as 1/2 oz........sorta depends on what paint, what kit, and what you want!
  4. I use it and do not know what "base" is. Metalizers will stick to clean bare plastic...Donn Yost uses them as primer. Gentle buffing will bring out the shine, the sealer will dull it down..Have you washed and dried the parts your painting...
  5. If you want a larger image that is used as an avatar, PM the member for the source of the image wanted....many times the original is larger, but downsized due to the forum software.
  6. Brian, I just can't get excited over a 1944 Dodge WC 62 troop carrier with a badly rotted 60 year old body....this one is over the top...I think the exhaust is what really makes it unique!!

  13. Over the top and my skills Virgil!!! one thought I always get and never see is a crushed hubcap......how about it???

  15. Tom....Novus 2 is part 2 of the 3 part "Novus" plastic polish line. 3 is coarse for rough work. 2 is midgrade and very useful on model paints. 1 is the finish grade..never needed it as I finish with scratch X by meguires. The cheapest place to get it is at a large discount motorcycle shop, Its used to clean and polish windshields on baggers, and touring bikes.
  16. two other thoughts......liquid masking film, and Zoom Zooms..silly putty
