  1. The ones I don't get from USPS mail through paid subscriptions I get at various "brick & morter" stores.
  2. What's a "sheel"? From an original issue AMT Ala-Kart - '29 Ford double kit.
  3. Nice job on a difficult kit. Always great to see one these done in "stock" configuration.
  4. Exquisite build! You nailed it. Beautiful car.
  5. Low level street gang initiation? You know, just to prove they can "do the work" ? Sorry you were the target.
  6. Thanks all for your good words on this build!
  7. Thanks, I haven't installed the pipes yet. This was just a quick mock up to see how it all looks.
  8. It's a box art build. I've been working on this one off and on for a few years and decided to get on it and finish it. It will be close to the orginal art except the wheels which I changed to chrome reversed. I always thought they would look better than the moons on steelies. lowered the suspensions A pile of parts 312 I love the "Jetsons" interior in this kit I mixed up Testors Kandy Scarlet and Metalflake purple Here it is as of yesterday-BMF'd and first mock up
  9. Sharp. Great color too.
  10. Not all drag racers but lots of cool stuff here http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/instruction_sheetsh/instruction_sheets/
  11. Well, I just like old Fords.
  12. Nice conversion work. Crisp and clean. Well done.
  13. Really sharp modeling here. I enjoyed your "imagineering" on the inner door structures. Looks great, looking forward to seeing this old war liner completed.
  14. Nice kit and congrats on your bid. FWIW that kit has the same chassis and related parts as the MPC Ford GT 40 MK IV and J car. I bought one to use in a J car resto which sadly, still sits in the box on the shelf....like so many others.
  15. Well done. I like the correct color paint daubs on the suspension components.
  16. Thanks. That helps out a lot. FWIW the agency in the area I was in in 69-70 had 69 models. The regular patrol cars had 302's in them and the "traffic" units that patroled the Expressways and such had 429 wedge mills and generally looked heavier duty all around.
  17. Sharp and clean! Nice color combination too.
  18. Beat up old cable guy-28 years. My latest "office"
  19. Besides all the original AMT 1958 customizing kits, I'd like to see these again
  20. Glad I could help! Thanks all! I appreciate all your good words.
  21. Just finished this one up after it being on and off my bench for years. I built it in what I consider East coast style circa late 50's.
  22. Sharp! I like the scoops and wheels on it. Perfect stance too.
  23. I like it. I like this Lingenfelter edition too.
