You got that right! There's more where that came from. -
I converted this GT kit to a 390 GTA replica of a friends 1:1. His widow was kind enough to give it back to me upon his passing.

I built this Shelby some years ago.

Sat Morn. Coffee Time

Glad to see some still enjoy a good old "cup of Joe", as I do too every morning. Seems these days a lot of folks are doing those other "energy" drinks. -
Currently reading No Easy Day. Just finished Jessie James - American Outlaw. I found that one on the discount table for $3. I'm not very deep.

Hope it's less drama and and more building, and please, less of Chris Jacobs. Looking forward to seeing what direction they go with it. http://www.thefutonc...0802velocity01/ -
Revell thinking about NASCAR again

Besides the already mentioned $$ for advertising the brand, there is also research and engineering support for engine development and wind tunnel time. They do still use their respective manufacturers basic engine block and heads. Purely my opinion and I could be wrong. -
NICE! Great nostalgia build.

Your favourite Box art

My all time favorite. This is the one that introduced me to model cars at a young age. I still enjoy looking at it today. It's just a classic. -

Sharp GT Harry, I like the "Guardsman" like blue color and the white stripes are well, legendary. Nice Pony. -

Wow I like this Ford long roof a lot! Real nice work, theme and style. Well done Joker!

I got a little more done on the longroof this weekend. The 312 is finished and set in the frame and I attached the wheels and tires to check overall sit and stance. That about finishes up the chassis. I used the more detailed air cleaner from the AMT Fairlane 500 kit and I was concerned about hood clearance. A quick mock up shows it fits! I also sprayed a little Alclad chrome on the dash and steering wheel. As always comments and question welcome.

Yes it is with the Modelhaus transkit. Any issue will work but you'd need the chopped version for the stock front grill and bumper.
