  1. I love these old Scania, especially the V8s. Looks really good so far
  2. Looking great! I love the color combination, really makes it stand out!
  3. I see that way too often here and sometimes with my own family.
  4. I can't wait to see this one unfold! Looks great so far!
  5. As far as the best, it would be my Subaru WRX. But when it comes to favorite, definitely my old 1980 Chevy K30. Loved that truck to death. It had a 454 with a four speed manual. It was my favorite because it was my first vehicle and it's what kick started my love of fixing, and hating cars at the same time. Made a lot of memories in it and I was really sad to see it go.
  6. Looks great! I'm just waiting for time to get to the hobby store for glue.
  7. I agree, it very well could be. If it was a dark orange, it wouldn't be so bad. But it appears that it is a bright orange, so I think the white would be a nice color to really make the piece pop.
  8. Thank you for all the tips guys. I just finished all the sanding, I just need to get some thinner glue. This went a lot easier because of the help, thank you again.
  9. I think the white and orange frame colors would be unique, I don't see a whole lot of that. Those two colors work really nice together.
  10. Hey guys, I am starting my build on the White Freightliner from AMT (dual drive sleeper) and I was wondering if you guys have tips as to how to correctly align the three cab parts?
  11. The same guy said he would get some pictures of the underside of the cab.
  12. I think the power steering reservoir was the inboard tank.
  13. I have some for you. I asked around Facebook in a group I'm in and someone supplied some pictures.
  14. Isn't the smaller reservoir power steering? A lot of the ones I've seen are quite different in size (oil filter vs power steering reservoir)
  15. Looks great! I love the raincaps and the salt detail
  16. As far as body nothing really changed, just minor grille cosmetics. Thank you for the information
  17. Is there any kits or resin replicas of the 2003 Silverado 1500? A friend of mine wants to know and I've never seen one before. Preferably a single cab with a box on it. Anything similar would work too. Any help is appreciated.
  18. Great looking truck! I've loved these Scania 141s for a long time, always loved the styling and the V8s they use in them. Your work here might as well be the real thing that you shrunk!
  19. I remember you saying it had a good old Green Leaker under the cab, did you do a lot for detailing down there?
  20. I have done a lot of interior decorating on my Freightliner cabover (such as using real leather and a lot of custom pieces) but I mainly do it for my own personal satisfaction. Is that what you do your interiors for? Or do you like to display them?
  21. I've seen this one modeler a long time ago who detailed his Double Eagel cabs, but they did have removable roofs.
