  1. Finally got all the parts prepared and ready for primer
  2. Did you purchase the item from the U.K.site ?? https://www.model-car-world.co.uk you have rights under U.K.law about faulty goods, see here https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-faulty-product
  3. How did you pay for the item ?? If you paid either using a credit card or PayPal, get in touch with them, they will more than likely refund the money to you and make a chargeback with the seller
  4. It's a very good watch, even for someone like me that doesn't build hotrods.....
  5. Another 3 years and I can retire and get more time to sit at the building bench instead of sitting in a aircraft, although I'm not going to give up the travelling completely, but I can be a lot more choosy.
  6. Watched it yesterday, there was a lot in there that I'd seen before, but there was a lot of New content, well worth watching.
  7. Very nice builds, I've got one on the backburner which is going to be painted in Inari silver, the colour of your actual 1:1, I like the red Fiat 127 in the distance, I passed my driving text in one just like it.
  8. Decided to close the hobby room for Christmas, mainly because I needed time with friends and family and also had some last minute photography work to get sorted, managed to get a load of parts prepared and ready for primer.
  9. Plenty of photos on the internet, just search for Salvat Simca 1200
  10. A different dashboard and front & rear seats would have made it correct, surely Revell could have even released further 2cv's with the same base trim, with all the incorrect parts and poor instructions for the Land Rover kit really makes me wonder who in Revell is doing the R&D these days.
  11. Yes, they got the Sausse Ente interior correct, later plastic dash, and they retooled the seats that are totally different to the Charleston seats which were a fabric quilted effect, the Cocorico had the earlier dashboard (Metal) and bench front seat, it was based on the lower trimmed 2cv, only 1,000 were produced, they were produced in 1986 to celebrate France winning the World cup, the 2cv's were finished and France got knocked out, strangely they didn't actually sell that well.
  12. One I won't be buying, Seems Revell didn't do much research on this one, the Cocorico should have a basic dash and a bench seat up front which was covered in a blue denim material, sticking a different set of decals in the Sausse ente kit doesn't make it a Cocorico....
  13. It would have originally been supplied with a magazine in Spain, growing up in Spain i was going to purchase a few of these,as they do all the cars i grew up with, but €24.99 each made me think again,as I prefer to buy plastic models and not diecast
  14. The last model for 2019, this one was a surprise Christmas present from my good friend Shay (Dublin Boy) cheers Shay, you're a great friend, not sure when it will be built, but it will be built.....
  15. I've been after this one for a while, absolutely impossible to find over here and not that easy to find on the U.S, but my good friend in New York found one and sent it over for my Christmas present, once I've finished my magazine work it will be straight on the building bench, he also got me a set of Nova Yenko decals, they'll be going on the Nova Copa kit I bought recently.
  16. Very nice build, I've had this one in the stash for a few years, makes me want to build it now....
  17. Superb craftmanship, looking forward to seeing it finished.
  18. I'd give the BMF a try, it's not as hard as you think, just make sure you use a brand new blade while trimming it, I've just finished the same model.
  19. Superb builds....
  20. Coming soon from ZoomOn Models https://www.zoomonmodel.com/

  25. No time to spend time in the hobby room today, I did manage to get in there later this evening as soon as things had quieted down, used the safari roof panel to use so the roof rack could be fixed together, as soon as the joints are strong it can be removed from the roof panel and painted.
