  1. What photo storage hosting works best with this forum. I know some use Photo Bucket but you have to deal with the ads and such when viewing.
  2. I sorted all the chrome sprue I have. I marked the bags with the number. I try looking on line but come up with multiple images of kits. what is the correct procedure to looking up the number? Do I search for "chrome parts sprue 6714"? Or is there a better wording to do the search. Thanks.
  3. Nice build. I never heard of the show either.
  4. Nice/
  5. Your idea is great. Nice build
  6. Hobby Lobby was ripe for the picking in Latham, New York today. The Ford truck was 40% off. The rest were all marked down to $7.49. The 1/32 scale Mustang was $5.99. Spray paints were $1.49 for Testors and $1.79 Model Master. The box of acrylics was $2.48. The Sparmax compressor was $49.00. I bought it to try air brushing and hoping I made a good choice. Sanding sticks were $1.99. The white plastic drawers. Salvation Army for $2.99. Should be good for parts or whatnot. And it looked like some new kits were in.
  7. A couple Air compressors we marked down also.

  19. I found that I would put the body together first. And then paint it. But seeing I never built one where the sideS have to be glued to the middle piece. I didn’t know. If I did I could have finished the body seams a bit better. As far as the grill and such. I’m not that talented to change those dimesions. But you can. As long as you have fun in the building. That’s all that matters. :-)
  20. I jumped from a 70 Thunderbird to a Jaguar to a 49 ford to a 61 Impala to a 58 corvette. So yes. It helps keep your interest going. I think. :-)
