Thank you Scott. I like the original hub caps on the mags. I felt it gave it a retro look.

This was chopped when I bought it. I did what I could.

Well the seats for the 61 Impala are in purple power. I painted them black and taped them off so I could put a white stripe down them to match the white stipe on the side trim. But the white bled into the black.I tried to touch them up with black and the black then bled into the white. So I decided to just paint them black. But they looked like pretty bad. So I’ll repaint them black and then continue.

Thanks guys. But I bought the kit that way and had no idea what to do with it. Body cut and primed. Once painted I noticed that it could have used more work. I bought this at the same garage sale I bought the red Ford 5 window hot rod I built earlier. And I have another that was started by the same guy. Seeing I like to build stock I'm just building it. Same with the Corvette. Someone started building it. I was able to get most of what was done apart but not the body panels.
