Revell 68 corvette convertible 2in1 kit I got in a trade with a friend I had planned on doing it as a hardtop but changed my mind last second before i glued the hard top roof on and had planned on using factory stock exhaust but the exhaust pipes would not fit right so I went with the custom side pipes I painted the body Tamiya ts-58 pearl light blue i have a song that came out in 68 playing in the background of the video

Very nice job i don’t know why revell made it a 71 the movie car was 72 going by the taillights

this is my tribute to eXoMod's next planned car the c71 carbon cuda which is a modern hellcat or redeye challenger remade to look like a 71 cuda with a aar style hood using custom made full carbon fiber body panels I was originally going to use a modern challenger interior and chassis but the challenger interior did not fit right and left the chassis sitting below the bottom edge of the body so I just used the factory stock 71 cuda chassis and interior pan interior and modified a monogram 70 aar cuda body with the front end and taillights of a monogram 71 hemi cuda to look like the description i was given by the owner of EXoMod I painted the body testors extreme lacquer electric pink I played a modern cover of a song that came out in 1971 in the background of the video

Very nice work looks great

they said that it is based on the original kit but the whole thing is a brand new tooling like what they did with the 68 coronet convertible and that it is supose to be out in q3 this year
