this is a aussie Mopar the 69 vf valiant was the final year the Chrysler slant 6 would be used and would switch to the new aussie built Chrysler straight 6 I made this using a Revell 68 dart kit and rims from a Revell 68 charger and a slant 6 pulled out of a older build I am going to redo I modified the grille and hood and found front and back bumpers and a body piece to use from the lower front valance in my parts boxes I dissected the dash and rearranged the parts to make a right hand dash I painted the body rust-oleum 2x gloss white and the interior is brush painted with apple barrel matte Tuscan red I hand made the south Australia license plates for it the audio playing in the background of the video is from the shannons club tv episode on the vf valiant 69 chrysler vf valiant.mp4

this is my own idea of a new v8 interceptor max built post fury road he found a bunch of abandoned and wrecked cars and pieced together a new v8 interceptor he captured another scavenger vehicle which had two large guzzolene tanks and a v8 and used those for his new v8 interceptor he even painted the letters mfp on the sides and painted a mfp shield on the car using some war boy silver chrome spray paint he had I built this model using parts from my parts boxes except for the two guzzolene tanks those I scratch made I painted the body of the car rust-oleum 2x flat red primer and the custom nose and hood and roof spoiler and rims rust-oleum 2x flat black primer I brush painted the one door apple barrel gloss black acrylic craft paint and brush painted the one front quarter panel and fender folkart metallic sterling silver acrylic paint I made the rust and dirt colored paint by mixing 3 acrylic craft paints together apple barrel matte chestnut apple barrel matte harvest orange and folkart metallic antique copper and brushed it on then dabbed it with a old makeup sponge i have the theme song for the 2015 mad max video game playing in the background of the video new v8 interceptor.mp4

this is a replica I built of one of the two v8 interceptors used in the amazing very well made hope and glory a mad max fan film https://youtu.be/ScyL5W8HZkM?si=NfQkrqaTjiJIyzOcI did mix elements from both cars like rims and right hand drive dash from the other v8 interceptor used in the fan film and I do have some of the audio from the fan film trailer and a bit of the opening news reports audio for the film playing in the background I want to thank Erik van schoor and Adrian Martin for the wonderful HD photos of the cars and of Daniel grave's max so I could build this replica i used a 1975 gran torino parts car and modified the rear roof and trunk line into the sports roof roof/trunk line just like they did with their gran torino v8 interceptor made for the fan film they used Adrian martin's v8 interceptor he built using a jag xjs which was the right hand drive dash car and was used for most close up shots of the car and was used for all the interior shots as well the rest of this model came from my parts boxes except for the hood and large guzzolene tank which i scratch made both i made the tan tarp/cover attached to the interior roof is a piece of paper towl paint brush painted with apple barrel matte khaki acrylic paint i created the rust paint by mixing apple barrel matte chestnut and apple barrel matte harvest orange and folkart metallic antique copper acrylic craft paints and brush painted it on in the same patterns as the actual cars from the fan film i made the max figure using the Han solo figure from the revell solo a star wars story han's landspeeder build and play snap kit max's v8 interceptor.mp4

the downside with the visa gift cards is they can only be used on purchases within the us and it's territories you cant buy anything from sellers outside the those areas i know i have been limited when buying on ebay with them i really want 2 of thier factory stock ford xy falcons and one of thier factory stock ford xw falcons and one of each of thier factory stock holdens and one of these mad max holden hj sandman
