  1. Hi Oliver! Thank you for stopping by. I experimented with just a shortened trunk lid, but in proportion to the inner platform, it made more sense to simulate a hatch, that would permit large objects to be loaded. As you can see, there's a wooden crate in the cargo space. Gotta deliver... CT
  2. Hi Steve! Thanks. But my styling exercise packs no technology, compared to your latest Eldo. Just getting the body realigned was a handfull. LOL CT
  3. Thanks for the info. The width of the ouside rim puzzled me... Now it makes sense! I agree, Me too, I always establish the rolling stock at the start of a buid: It influences soooo many things in the construction. CT
  4. Thanks Robert! I stand corrected: I'm getting older by the day, so...LOL CT
  5. Hi! In the 60's (at least), Canadian Pontiac dealers offered an ACADIAN CANSO, a rebrand of the Chevy Chevelle (or was-it the Chevy 2 Nova?), with a few styling differences. Can you say "badge engineering"? CT
  6. Thanks Bill! I think the sheer lenght of the thing tricks our eyes. Cadillac style, I guess... CT
  7. Hi! On average, I'd say 2 to 3 hours a day. I complete about 10-12 build a year, most scratchbuilt and with a fair level of details. I always have 2 or 3 vehicles on the bench, so no downtime when things need curing. The joys of retirement? CT
  8. Hi Dennis! Wow, you really brought this humble car model into the 21st century: The redesign of the proportions is totally credible. Bravo! CT
