  1. The tools that did the job, best investment ever. To the right is my assistant dalmation Ziva.
  2. Bottom view, the height is perfect.
  3. Trial fit, so far so good.
  4. I cut the hoist out and replaced it from one rom a garage kit.
  5. Mock up and primed. I don't like the supplied hoist. The parts are too flimsy and the hoist doesn't move up and down.
  6. A few tools strewn about with the hoist I'm going to put in.
  7. Starting this kit, hopefully it'll end up a 3 bay detailed 50s service station:
  8. Latest work, slow fiddly progress. Pic shows rear doors cut out and putty applied. In the background is an original cab and the Flintstone truck cab that i will use at a later date. The plan is to open and hinge all four doors. I don't know what I'm doing but so far so good.
  9. Nice detailed work, congratulations.
  10. More work: A trial fit; a jig made out of foam to hold the bits together and check fitting the sunroof (less roof to try and fit. Thanks for looking, constructive comments always welcome.
  11. Can i make my photos smaller so they: a. aren't so big and b. don't take up much room.
  12. Update: the rear doors have been extended and I've started to build the upright between the doors. I think it's going to be thick but I'll get away with it as vehicles were heavy back then. I'm hoping to have doors operable depending how sturdy the thing is. When test fitting the roof I realised it tapers from rear to front, the roof is going to be amosiac of parts I guess:
  13. I like the colour, the dash is impressive as well.
  14. Nice work, the engine detail is impressive.
