  1. Hi Guys, Bandit had his first puppy agility class yesterday. Here he is figuring out how to get the treats out of the puzzle toy! TJ...I remember that look well, our Sugar Rae use to give me that look all the time! As for size , how big are we talking here. Bandit is 31 lbs. at 5 months but size is relative. We use to have a 140 lb. Great Pyrenees next door and it forever changed my view of what I now consider to be a big dog . He looks very sweet. Thanks for sharing guys. Jerry
  2. Great looking truck Stu! I will be following for sure! Jerry
  3. Looking great so far, I will be following this one for sure. Thanks for the education, I was under the impression that the vent windows last year was '68 ,but after some research, I discovered, the post cars had them in '69. I had a '69 Chevelle, but mine was a hardtop 300. It did not have the vent windows. Very cool subject! Keep up the good work Dave. Jerry
  4. Is it the blue eyes? Jerry
  5. Sorry for the tarty reply Zack, yes Whiskey is the brown dog. They are best buds! Bandit is now 30 lbs and counting! He definitely won't be as tall as Whiskey, but he might get to be as heavy. Time will tell. Jerry
  6. Hey guys, I also play Santa for a local Rescue, been doing it for a number of years now, and I love it! For me it started when they came to me needing someone to fill in and been doing it every Christmas since. One year we even had a horse! Good thing they didn't sit on Santa's lap! Jerry

  16. My wife and I think 3 is a great number. We lost Sugar a while back so we decided it was time to get another puppy . He will be joining our home in about a week. His new name is Bandit. Pics coming soon. It will be interesting to see how our other 2 react. I am very confident Whiskey will very welcoming as he loves puppies. Diesel... who knows as he is generally not a fan, but I am sure will warm to the little one in time as we have been though this before with our other dogs. Kodi was our first dog,he was black and wasn't sure Sugar should stay but after a while they were very close. Good luck Jeff! She is very cute! Happy black dog day !!!! Jerry

  21. Thank you all for your kind replies. They are appreciated very much. She was a very special girl. My wife had a great time playing with Sugar. I know the pain will lessen as time passes, but I still talk about Kodi and Rocky, our first dogs. Lots of memories. Again, thank you all for the kind words of support, Jerry
  22. It saddens me to announce the passing of our Sugar Rae on Saturday. We will miss you sweet girl. This photo was taken Thursday after coming home from the vet. She was still struggling with coming out on the ananastasia. Jerry
  23. It is with a heavy heart that we had to say goodbye to our Sugar Rae Saturday morning. She was only with us for 10 years when the vet told us her organs were shutting down and it would be better for her to leave us. She had an active life and even last Saturday she was playing agility and enjoying life. My wife and I did notice she seemed to be carrying extra weight. As it turned out , she had fluid build up in her abdomen caused by here liver and kidneys not working properly. The vet remove 1.3 liters of fluid before she started to come out of the anesthesia. Sugar had a pretty active life and eared many awards in dog sports. Mostly in agility, but also in barn hunt. The first photo was taken the morning she went to the vet for the last time. The second photo was taken the day we found her. It is hard to believe we found her on the street 10 years ago . She was about 4 months old then. Goodbye my sweet girl, until we meet again. Jerry
  24. We went to a trial a couple of weeks ago and there was a wiener eating contest, needless to say Whiskey cheated! Jerry
