  1. Air pressure can also be used to force air out of the rubber. The reason I pressurize the mold while it curing is to force the rubber on to the master to pick the details. The resin is force into the mold with air pressure to also remove air that cause voids in the casting. Hope is understandable.

  3. I pressurize the rubber before I pour it and then pressurize the molds for 6 hour cure time.
  4. Got 7 of the 8 molds made and samples cast. Tim did an outstanding job with the rear bumper and valance. Now to do the major mold of the body!

  7. I've been work in partnership with Tim Stevens for about the last 6 months on trying to build a master of this car. Well we think it's done. The 76 Montego went on the back burner for this project.
