  1. One more engine picture.
  2. Got the sub-assemblies together waiting on body color and trim work. Custom exhaust and weber carbs. Lowered the front end a little too.
  3. Great looking models but the highlight of this post is the REAL BelAir. Love it!!
  4. Wow that exhaust is freakin amazing. I'm trying my first headers for my gasser '57 Chevy using aluminum wire 2mm and just not having much luck, Grrrrr. That jig you have looks awesome. Did you buy it or make it?
  5. Looking great, love hot rod tri-5's.
  6. Very interesting about the craft paint. It's so cheap, easy to clean up and yep quite a variety of colors. Can't wait to see it cleared and to know what you used to do it.
  7. Thats a great find there Ed. Has anyone here actually built a fully detailed per factory spec Black Widow??
  8. Here's a bad boy for a model kit! 2020 Yenko Camaro.
  9. Checking back with you George about the seats. You said you have a box full.  Thanks, Mike

  10. Just happened to come across your Plymouth build Gregg . Very cool, any updated WIP pics???
  11. WOW Eric, now thats a grrrrreat looking "Z" Car!!!!!!! I'd love to see someone replicate that bad boy.
  12. George , looking for a pair of stock type seats that would be suitable for a street driven gasser type car, 57 2Dr Hdt Bel air in this case.

  13. Ahhh, another '66 SS. Man I've gotta get started on mine. As y'all may have read on here, my first new car purchase was a black on black '66 SS. Great memories!! Looks great Tommy.
  14. Let me be the first to agree with you James. Huge wheels with rubber band tires on older cars are a turn off for me. But I do agree about modern supercars. They would'nt look quite right without bigger wheels and low profile tires
  15. Very nice job Randy on probably my favorite Camaro model year. Perfect color for that car. p
  16. Strunning!!!
  17. Freakin AMAZING!!!!!! You must have nerves os steel Mike.
  18. Glad to see you back posting Joe. Looking good!!!!!
  19. Thanks for the replies, and OOPS, I realized after posting this there was a recent lengthy thread on this.
  20. I know it has been rebranded but I'm wondering if this product is a thing of the past??? I have a very old original container of the Future and did an experiment. I bought and for the first time sprayed Duplicolor Red Mica. I did'nt realize it was flat. Anyway after it dried I brush painted the Future over the flat paint and it dried out beautifully, very shiny and not any brush strokes visable. Also it seems very hard. Polishing it was no problem. So has anyone used the new formula?? Comments?
  21. I'm not a proponent of Krylon and I'm not recommending it but I have used the Fusion quite a bit and knock on wood have not had a problem. I do use Krylon primer first tho. Last full paint job with Krylon was on an older Revell '98 TransAm Pontiac model. Primed with Cover Maxx primer then Fusion gloss black. The CoverMaxx primer dried very smooth and the Fusion went on nicely but did dry out with a good bit of orange peel. After plenty of light sanding and compound and polish it came out just fine. Just saying!!
  22. Yep, I did a test and added a set of tires to the cart and went to checkout. It took it, $5.20 shipping on $10.00 set of tires.
  23. Nope, if you click on the "Contact" its not a valid link so no way I can see to contact them. What a shame, such a cool tire collection.
  24. Apparently out of business. If not I'd like to know, looks like good stuff.
  25. Can't fault anything with your build Phillip, great color and paint job on a pretty obscure car. Love it!!
