  1. Thank you Jeremy! Thanks Harry and yep, the chrome highlights the look and of course, nothing better than red interior with black exterior.?
  2. Well Bob, like I said, after the cataract surgery I have 20/20 vision and before the surgery I had to do just like you, take my distance glasses off to see up close. Need readers now to model and read up close.
  3. Hey Tony, thanks for the in- depth reply. And I sure know what you're saying about rubbing thru. I've had my share?
  4. I had 20/400 vision in one eye and 20/40 in the other. After cataract surgery I'm amazingly 20/20 in both eyes, even tested a better 20/15 on one exam. I wore glasses from late teens until my last surgery in December2022, about 57 years. Loving it. I do still have to use reading glasses looking at small print and objects.
  5. Very cool DJ....I have various '57 Chevy and a '57 Vette builds, guess I need a '57 Truck too?
  6. Thanks Gerald, Ordered from VCG, comes with carbs and filters.
  7. Very nice Allison. I also have this kit in my stash, just been hesitant to get to it with alllll the parts it has. Great work?
  8. Yep Keith, that one sharp looking '67. Looks great in that color?
  9. I appreciate it Nick?
  10. Thanks a lot Bill, yeah a 1:1 like that would be fun?
  11. What paint and process Tony? Just wondering?
  12. Thank you Keith!!
  13. Thanks guys'. Ordered on VCG
  14. Thank you David. I also built the kit you reference and as I remember it's an easier build than the one here. Here's mine like that I did Aftermarket resin hood.
  15. I need a 2x4 SBC intake manifold that isn't a tunnel ram or cross ram. Any suggestion or help appreciated. Mike
  16. Oh yeah Craig, the Viper looks great!! the paint job/color is impressive?
  17. I sure hope something is being done. Will the moderator please give us an idea if/what is being done please. And thanks.
  18. Well Bill, don't know your age but it's great you can do so much. At 76, I'm pretty done with anything too physical except for tread mill and using my fingers on models.
  19. Thanks Ken! Well Tony the 2 white ones I have (and the one here I built) still leave a lot to be desired. I'm more a '57 guy but all Tri-fives work for me.
  20. I'm still being lazy and not getting on the treadmill. It's really the only way I can exercise but I'm being hardheaded. I'm amazed the exercise you do helps for all that it does for you. So what is your exercise regimen Bill?
  21. Well I'm sure glad it went well for you and hopefully it won't be long before ya get back on the BelAir.
  22. I've also had a problem when going "back". Funny tho, now the forum is zooming for me?
  23. Thanks Dave....like I said in an earlier post, a friend back in the day said "any color is great as long as it's black"?
