  1. BAD TO THE BONE! ... Nicely done??
  2. Hey there Randy. Yep, this is a big one ... One way you could look at it is at least you’ll have that much LESS snow to shovel after it’s all done? ..My parking is in the alley, which never gets plowed... UUUUUUUUUUGH?
  3. My car ...????
  4. JP, superb looking detail work so far! ... Are these 1/25 scale?
  5. Thanks Andrew ... lots of new experiences for me here Thanks Ray ... I’m sure hoping it will be!
  6. Thank you Mark. I posted a tutorial on here some time back about the chrome vinyl ... here is the link http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/156909-chrome-vinyl-details-from-scratch/
  7. We’ve had the mildest winter ever so far up here in Wyoming but it has now arrived ... the thermostat decided this was the right time to stop working. It was replaced brand new 5 months ago... Go figure.?
  8. Dundee’s teeth found
  9. The detectives shuttered
  10. Hi all! I was really hoping to have more than this to post for now, but these gosh darn 40 hour work weeks can really take it out of a guy sometimes ... whoever invented it obviously wasn’t into model building. The good news is that I’m planning to do some more stuff this weekend, so maybe I’ll have something more to post in a couple days. I have gotten a lot of the smaller parts detail painted with a brush however, so that will speed some steps up when I get to them. It’s a lot different without the parts on trees ... you gotta find ways to hold an secure them while you paint them.
  11. I saw a couple of 1/25 funny cars on eBay a few months back... can’t remember what brand or specific kit, but the bidding was at $1200. Never did see the winning bid though. .... Nuts!
  12. Welcome Michael! ... I think most of us probably feel the same way. Enjoy this new place!
  13. Thanks David! Wow, what a compliment!?... Thank you so much Dann! .... you crack me up bro???
  14. It’s drop dead gorgeous!... Nicest 1/25 GT350 I’ve ever seen also. A+
  15. And then there’s the question of HOW detailed. This one is all scratch built consisting of thousands of pieces, and weighs over ten pounds in 1/8 scale. Note the price!
  16. Thank you Rex ... I sure hope I can get the Daytona Coupe to turn out as well! I think there’s something to be said about topless cars and how well they show off the details.
