  1. I have quite a few built up 60's era styrene hot rods. No resin stuff at all though
  2. I posted photos up of the parts I have available in the Trading post. You have first shot since you had a wanted ad
  3. W Humble has first shot at these! I MAY have other parts not pictured I purchased these a while back hoping to come up with enough parts to put one of these together but have too many other irons in the fire. The main body of the Big duece is mostly complete minus the right door. This is just bits in pieces. Looking for what I have posted in my title as well as the other items I have that I am looking for in the wanted section.
  4. I have a nice steering wheel but only have the half of the steering column and box that attach the the frame. I have quite a bit of parts for the original Big Duece and Big T I am getting ready to post in the trade section. I will give you first shot but if you just need the steering wheel, it is yours free of charge or trade as several members here have helped me out
  5. What are you in need of for trade? I am in the process of putting one together right now
  6. Love this style of art. I like your Pontiac work better but I am a GM guy at heart
  7. Super nice work!
  8. What stuff are you interested in? Let me know and I will do some looking around
  9. I hope maybe this will be an easier request to fill than a lot of my others as they made a lot of variations of this kit over a about a 10 year time span. I sell classic full size Chevy truck parts for a living so I have picked up a few of these Revell 1/16 Chevy trucks to restore. More often than not, the spindles are broken and they are missing various small exterior parts. I have a pretty decent solution for repairing the spindles if need be but would like to save some time if all possible. Other exterior parts requested can be molded body color or chrome. I have tons of parts and built ups for trades. Almost everything I have is vintage though.
  10. I have started collecting some of the second gen Firebirds. My budget has afforded me the ability to buy high end nice examples so I have came up with a few good condition built ups to restore. I also have a very nice 1975 unbuilt FIrebird but it is missing the decals. I have tons of various decal sheets and parts from that era for trade. Also looking for front bumper and rear axle and wheels(my wheels have tire melt) for the same year promo but parts from the annual kit would probably work. The decals I need are pictured
  11. I know this is an old post but I have a few of the annuals and they are missing the hood scoop inserts. Are there any resin replacements available?
  12. Are you going to scratch build the door handles? Or did the conversion kit come with them?
  13. I actually don't mind the look. Very similar to the Chevy 4 door tahoe of the same era. They could have done away with the extra pillar and it would have looked much better
  14. It has always bothered me no one makes an accurate steering wheel for these. I would think someone would have by now. Awesome build! Wish I was at this level!
  15. I just purchased an extremely nice 1972 Chevy truck promo but it was missing the rear bumper. I had assumed my 1972 dated rear bumper would work but It didn't have the reverse lights attached to the tail lights. I need the correct one. The earlier chevy truck promos up to 1970 didn't have the reverse lights as part of the rear bumper so I just thought the 1972 would be the same but for whatever reason they were made different. I really don't want to modify one as I bought it as a collectible item. Have tons to trade.
  16. i have one of these shortbox resin bodies i bought along time back
  17. Dang! I had no idea there was one going on! Nice pick ups! Love the BMW
  18. Very cool build. Love seeing the cars I grew up around!
  19. That is awesome! I am very sentimental with things that were my dads or like he had. Especially since he passed away almost 7 years ago. Glad you were able to find this
  20. One of my favorite shows. I watch it every day. Monday through Friday
  21. I am sure this have been covered. I went through the first few pages and the last couple and didn't see it though. I have been using AWESOME from the dollar store to strip my vintage kits. It is cheap at $5 a gallon and works very well. The exception to this, seems to be gold paint. Many times it won't even touch it. Any suggestions? I have though about trying DOT 3 but don't want to waste the money if it won't touch gold as I am more than happy with AWESOME for basically anything else.
  22. I ended up with a built up 1975 MPC Formula Firebird in pretty good shape but it was missing the rear bumper and valance as well as the steering wheel. If anyone has these parts, I would appreciate it. Have lots to trade.
