    Uncertain T

You bet. I purchased the .stl file and have the Uncertain T printed out in 1:24, 1:25, and 1:18 scale.
  2. Love the black and red. Nicely built 66 GTO.
  3. Yup, looking pretty good there Steve.

    '66 GTO

That's a mighty fine looking 66 GTO. Nicely done.
  5. I appreciate it Buddy. It does look like and old Ford Sedan. The body is going to be the same deep blue as the engine.
  6. It's straight out of the can Greg. I think I'll let this dry really good and give it another coat before I do anything else.
  7. I primed the engine with Tamiya Gray Surface Primer then hit it with the TS-53 Deep Metallic Blue. It's hard to see in the pics but the blue paint wants to pull away from the edges. I've seen this happen with their red paint before. Tow coats of primer and 3 coats of the topcoat. Not sure If I want to use this paint now.
  8. Paint looks pretty sweet and the whitewalls are looking the part.
  9. I got the parting lines and flash cleaned up and threw some primer on to see what I missed. The top looks good but the front fenders need a little more sanding.
  10. Thanks Phil. I hear ya man. It took me a while to buy a 3D printer and did a ton of research before I picked which one to buy. It's a game changer.
  11. I did and thanks Tim. I now have the Uncertain T printed out in 1:24, 1:25, and 1:18 scale. I'll be building one of these kits later this Summer.
  12. Thanks man. I just wasn't sure until I did the mock-up. Thanks for the info. I'll check it out. I appreciate it. Looking from the back looks a little odd to me but, the more I look at it the more I like it. Maybe a fresh look at it when I go out in the garage this morning will put a different perspective on it. Yeah, it is a bit cozy in the business end. The engine choice is still up in the air at this point. Just haven't got to it yet.
  13. Well, I don't have a 427 with the Tunnel Ram to print out. Maybe I should look into buying the file for one.
  14. Welcome back to the MCM forum Michael.
  15. I appreciate it Chris. Thanks for checking it out.
  16. I do appreciate it Steve. Yeah, this one was a pretty kewl build for me.
  17. Much obliged there Pappy.
  18. Thanks DJ. I wasn't to sure about the rear fenders until I did the mock-up. Im now thinking more about that 572 Blown BBC withe the Tunnel Ram. I'll need to build it and do another mock-up.
  19. Yup, that's a Hot Rod. Love those fat fenders.
  20. The 40 Ford PU fenders are now glued to the 51 Anglia body. The fenders stick down past the body in the rear about 1/16" and will have to be sanded off. The jury is still out on how it looks.
  21. Well...I got out the Dremel tool and knocked off the rear fenders on the body. Now the tedious work of sanding the fenders off the 40 Ford PU to fit this body.
  22. That's some pretty kewl stuff in the stash. I got my flip nose fitting pretty good but not I thinking about the 572 Blown BBC I have and that would require cutting the hood.
  23. Good looking build there Anton. I like the acrylic blue with the dark wheels, goes together really well. Nice build.
