  1. Thanks Gary. Much obliged there Chris.
  2. I had a chance this morning to print out a Hillborn Fuel Injection setup that comes with the Uncertain T. It looks much better than the kit setup but may be a little tall. I'll have to see once I get a little further in the build and do a mock-up.
  3. Thanks Dave. I appreciate it. Thanks.
  4. I hear ya man. 3D printing has got its advantages.
  5. Just Google "Uncertain T" and you'll come up with a lot of info on the car. There's a video that explains it all.
  6. Yup, looking good there man.
  7. Thanks Andrew. I'm not really sure if I'm going period correct or not. Maybe just a kewl looking ride. I may be going with a satin chrome chassis and front suspension and the engine block the same as the body color. I have a of kits also but the 3D printing is so fun. Go for it dude
  8. I've been doing some research on the Uncertain T color and this is what I found. The chassis is steel tube, painted red. The 1957 Buick nailhead, with it's block painted brown and the intricate detailing of red paint, was bored and stroked to 386 cu in (6,330 cc) and equipped with 11:1 compression Jahns pistons, Hilborn injectors, Scheiefer magneto, 1963 Buick cylinder heads, and open headers. The transmission and quick-change rear axle casing were painted brown, the rack and pinion and torsion bar tube yellow. That is some crazy colors. Not sure if I'm going with that or not.

  14. Thanks. You might be right.
  15. Well, I have decided to build the 1:18 scale. Just did a little clean up and mocked it up to get a better look at what I have to work with.
  16. Nice choice. Your going to love it.
  17. That's a good looking color on the 57 Chrysler Ken.
  18. That yellow looks pretty nice Scott. Yeah, that 2k clear will make it shine like a new penny.
  19. Looking at the body this morning I wasn't satisfied with how the fenders looked at the rear so some body work was required.
  20. Wowser...what a Super sharp build Craig. Love the color and stance and this Gentelman.
  21. I'm really diggin the color combo. Sweet looking.
  22. Hey Bob. No, this is the kit engine. Never had any issues with the Tamiya Primer.

You bet. I purchased the .stl file and have the Uncertain T printed out in 1:24, 1:25, and 1:18 scale.
