  1. That's a good looking Impala there Douglas. I like the V-10 on the business end. Great build man.
  2. Thanks Carl. It was a fun build.
  3. Man....I do appreciate the offer James but I plan on buying another 67 kit anyway so I'll have what I need. That's what this hobby is all about, fellows willing to help out one another.
  4. Thanks Michael. Yeah, it did take a lot of cleaning of the flash. The panel likes on the deck lid are pretty rough and not in a straight line. Other than that, its's pretty nice.
  5. Nice looking. The wheels and engine looks great.

What a kewl looking Roadster. I like the color and the wing windows look nicer. Great build.
  7. That Hemi should be nice. That's what I would use. I want some white letter tires. If HL gets any more of the Chevelle kits I'll buy a couple at 40% off.
  8. Thanks man. Yeah, the McCullochs were the cats meow back in the day.
  9. Thanks. Haha....yeah, no foil.
  10. Thanks. It was fun to build.
  11. Yeah...its an old kit. AMT probably won't do anything with the mold. Cost money.
  12. This is the AMT 55 Chevy that I'm putting the AMT 67 Chevelle frame under. It took a few mods but it's looking good and that's the 396 BB engine out of the Chevelle. The wheels and tires are from the AMT 66 Nova Pro Street kit but I may change my mind. Right now it's a lot of body clean up. The flash is terrible.
  13. That's really coming together Greg. Love that black top. The interior looks great.
  14. Thanks Alan. Dig out that resin copy and geter built.
  15. Thanks A.J. it was a hoot to build.
  16. Hey Mario, I do appreciate it. Thanks.
  17. Thanks Hans. Yeah, it's a tiny little thing.
  18. This has probably been posted before but I couldn't find anything doing a search. This is the Go Kart out of the AMT 1960 Chevy Fleetside pickup kit. The frame was painted with Krylon Foil Metallic Silver, the red is Tamiya TS-8 Italian Red, the black is Tamiya TS-6 Matt Black, the tires & steering wheel is Tamiya XF-85 Rubber Black, and the chains where painted with Testors Flat Brass. The steering rod in the front was broken and could not be fixed so I replaced it with a piece of paper clip. I elected not to use the seat belts as they did not look all that great. I wired the engines and installed yellow plug boots and the exhaust pipes were drilled out and blacked out. This was a fun little 3 day project that turned out pretty kewl.
