This morning my goal was to get the hole cut in the hood and putty up the hole where the emblem went. I also wanted to get the base coat of Silver Leaf on the body and last but not least get a rolling chassis.

Pretty kewl looking drag car. I always liked watching the Pro Stocks run. Loved the battles between Bob Gliden and Warren Johnson.

Finally I got the rear end all set and glued in place. I think the ride height is just about where I wanted it. While putting the shocks on one of the front shocks slipped out of the tweezers and is lost in cyber space. I got a replacement from the junk yard and it's already in paint.
