  1. Very well done!
  2. This is interesting if you want to go a different route with it. retrorides.proboards.com/thread/93064
  3. This is how it looked in about 83 or 84 when a friend had the car for a summer although he wasn't a friend yet, I didn't even know the guy but I remembered the car cruising around Grand Rapids and never gave it any thought. Fast forward 18yrs and we are friends he brings out these pics! Turns out he was tight with the mag and they didn't need the car between Super Chevy shows and asked if he wanted to hang on to the car for a couple months that way they didn't have to cart it back west and told him he could use it but "you break it you bought it".
  4. I guess I should have explained it I like to paint the grain. I am not a fan of decal wood. Like I said it is just my opinion. But I am glad of the subject matter and will eventually build a couple.
  5. IMHO my caveats about the kit is lack of wood grain texture and no flattie. A couple of surf boards or early camping goodies would be nice too. Other than that it is a nice kit my sample had fair amount of flash on the new parts but it is easy to clean up.
  6. beautiful job!
  7. Nice looking stable of prancing ponies!!
  8. Looks very cool so far, also appears that they reworked the windshield area and looks great! I also noticed small block valve covers. Hopefully they will also do a big block FE series engine which could represent a 360 or 390 as on the outside they were nearly identical. I also like the big six as one can use it all the way through to 1986 as that was the last year for the carb version.
  9. Welcome aboard from Ravenna MI.!!
  10. Wile E. Coyote Super Genius!!

  15. Holy cats that is awesome!!
  16. You are correct sir. It was very late and after a long day of work.
  17. This is a model I did for a guy for his brother a couple years ago, I thought I did all right on it started out as promo but added P/E and custom made the wheels as nothing has the type in any kit. Also remade the visors. Anyway enjoy!
  18. They aren't bad and would benefit nicely with a set of Herb Deeks wire wheels!!
  19. Might even look cool in a Thames panel street rod or an Anglia!
  20. Very cool!!
