  1. Thanks for the compliment. I found the wheels on Ebay. There is a place in Austrailia that handles the wheels http://www.automodel...ssories/wheels/ Also a place in Holland has them. The guys on a 1/43 forum I belong to said he is a good guy to deal with. http://www.deroosautominiaturen.com/wiel43.htm
  2. As promised more pics!
  3. More pics tomorrow! It is a slooooowwww process for me!
  4. Yes!! I likey alot!!
  5. The Revell 56' p/u is 1/25th and I don't think it will fit on the Midget trailer however the MPC Caprice comes with a two wheel car trailer that fits the bill perfectly. Also a lot of the rear fender flares were crudely put on and you can see in some photos that they are pretty rough but yours is very nice!!
  6. I too have bought FC decals from Gravely and they were the genuine items.
  7. Hey George, What scale is that blue Merc with the flames? and where did you get it?
  8. Nice and Old School!!
  9. Stepping on them isn't the best way to chop the top Nice save and nice build!
  10. I like it except the GM powertrain! The steering wheel is cool!
  11. Has any one here ever dealt with them they seem to have some very interesting stuff especially in 1/43? http://www.deroosautominiaturen.com/main.htm
  12. The kit builds up nice and you can use hot rod parts from the 30 woody and tub kits. This kit lends well to the wide street rod version of hte wire wheels found in the woody.
  13. Build it park it on an a South Pacific looking airstrip and cover the canopy area with a tarp as they did!
  14. Very well done!!
  15. Very well done!! If you want to go with a cut open hood you may want to think about using the Johan Torino Oval track racer as it already has the the hood open.

  17. Very nice build. You could always up the chassis detail by adapting the Monogram DB4 chassis.
  18. I think I should get the close counts in horseshoes award As I said a 1929 Oakland Landualet and was essentially the same car http://www.fossilcar...et-sedan/181656

  21. Well you can tell I don't pay much attention to NASCAR and more into ALMS. My bad for lack of knowledge.
