  2. That is awesome I wish mine had been saved, but I still have my Lionel train set that I got in 1970 it had been my uncle's in the late 50's!

  10. My .02 pennies, I really like the mag, although I don't subscribe I do pick it up at my LHS I also like the ASK G&J but sometimes it does get a little winded but is cool. Maybe some expanded 1/43 coverage and not always the high end kits as I personally like building and modifying cheap diecasts also the old AMT kits. My fave sections 1)Collectors Showcase 2) Whats new 3) Reviews

The car you are thinking was the King Cobra as that had the Cobra on the hood, as far as decals go I don't know of any but I believe MPC did amodel with the decals but I think they were red or orange, I hope this link helps identify the car though. http://www.mustangii.com/photo_scans_kingcobra.asp

  19. Hey Rob, You may want to think outside the hobby box and see if your local DIY hdwe has a Yellow Ochre paint maybe Krylon or Rustoleum(use good primer here). Just my .02 pennies,

  24. Thanks to all for the info. It looks like my friend will have to pay the long dollar for a kit of the T. Now I just need to find a site with good pics of the 1:1 car.
  25. Some help please! Did MPC/AMT or subsequent owner ever repop this kit or was it modified into something else or is there a kit that I can use as a base for the car.
