Hi Scot. thanks for your feedback. Glad you like it.

HI David, glad you like it. Sometimes simpler is better in terms of customization. The 40 Ford is one of my favorite cars as it is. I just needs a little more horsepower than the flat head offered.

Hey Bob.thanks for your feedback. I have a 57 Del Ray in progress somewhere so will be interested to see what you do with yours.

Thanx for the feedback Ken, glad you like it.

Thanks for the positive comments. I have been following your 442. The engine bay is absolutely stunning. (As is the rest of the model) I want to take it to an NNL in Grimes, Iowa on August 17. I should have it done by then.

Sorry you feel that way. I like everything you have done so far. I think the way you did the tail lights and front end add an elegance to the lines of the car. I like your choice of rims and tires. Not every car needs 22's. Hope to see more of it.

Rear end is done. Four link control arms built from stainless and aluminum tubing, coil overs are RB Motion. 9 inch rear end from an AMT Nascar Tbird. Tires are Jays Resin. Frame cross member is scratch built.

Thanx for the positive feedback. That front suspension is a bit delicate but seems to be pretty much in scale. I ended up cutting the plastic tabs off the a arms, driiling the pivot points out and pinning it all together so it would be a little stronger .

thanks for your feedback. It is starting to come together.

Thanks Bob. i lIke your 36 you just wrapped up on your youtube channel.

Very interesting! Makes me think of Al Capone.

Interior and front suspension is done. The front end is from the Revell 37 ford modified to be posable. Added RB Motion coil overs. On to the rear end.

Nice work. I like the motor, the overall proportions of the body, headlight mounts, and the rear rolled pan and exhaust, just to name a few things.

Thanks for the feed back. Glad you like it. I wasn't sure about the color so thanks for the positive comment. I am working the frame and interior so will have some updates soon I hope.

Where did you get the body?

Your dad has really good taste. Nothing like a 40 Ford hot rod. It will look good in blue. As for wheels, nice Ford dog dish hub caps are available in several kits. The Revell 32 Ford coupe or 29 roadster kit are just a couple I can think of.
