Ollie's strike again
Musclecars replied to GLMFAA1's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
no Ollie's here in Springfield but there is one 80 miles away in Champaign. Was given a heads up about the '32's by a fellow club member who I am sure bought them all up...lol so no use in going just to get disappointed -

that is a diorama that tells a story, great job on building that Tony
-
Thank you Tony. I started this diorama some 25 years ago and a lot of changes have occurred since then like removing the Fast Eddies car lot. That now sits on a shelf for a display, also keeping it dust free is also getting to be tedious and from time to time I just want to tear it down to free up space but at this time I cannot come to grips with that

that was a cool giveaway Bob, as long as you're 100% sure you're ready to clear it can make a whole lotta difference in appearance

The downside of the hobby - what annoys you?
Musclecars replied to Mike C's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
couldn't have said that any better. I always wonder why they just have to mount some chrome parts in 4 directions, especially those that are always going to be seen where you have no choice but to strip those parts and re-chrome...just very annoying and I have lost count how many times my tweezers have failed me in critical situations -
