  1. How about re-reads? My other hobby is bass fishing. I read “Them Ol’ Brown Fish by Billy Westmorland and River Smallmouth Fishing by Tim Holschlag.
  2. New dvds, season five part 2 of Yellowstone and Landman season one. Also picked up some new crankbaits for bass fishing.
  3. I’ve got several of John Hiatt’s albums including the one this song is on. I’m thinking it’s on Master of Disaster but I could be wrong. Fun John Hiatt fact, he used to own and drive a Legends division race car.
  4. Well done, I really like it.
  5. Got up to a beautiful day, went to church, visited with my wife’s elderly aunt (w/dementia) and spent the rest of the day with my beautiful wife.
  6. It’s pretty doggone hot in southeast Arkansas but, it’s summertime. It’s supposed to be hot
  7. I didn’t get a picture but I went out in the back yard to find a horse. We don’t own any horses. Guess one of the neighbors horses must have gotten out.
  8. Thank you! Not to hijack this thread, but I want one to turn into a stock car. When I was living in middle TN there was a little bullring style dirt track. All they raced was Chevette’s. A modified class and a stock class. Sadly I never went as I was racing my 1:1 race cars at other tracks.
  9. Good looking Impala, before and after.
  10. Great job! I love those Bill Davis owned cars.
  11. 👍 Great work Mark. I really appreciate the detail work on your cars.
  12. I agree, love to have any, or all of those old MPC pro stockers! The SMT Javelin and AMX kit too! My wife had a ‘69 AMX when we were dating in high school. Great times
  13. Sign painter did a great job. I’m liking this!
  14. Thanks for the history lesson @Carmak! I didn’t know any of that. Love learning little tidbits about the evolution of model kits. The more ya know
  15. Me too, that’s how we built every race car I’ve owned. When the tracks I raced at started allowing tube cars, stubbed cars and offset chassis’s in the limited late models, hobby stocks and even street stockers it was time for me to bow out.
  16. I wonder if the ‘55 Powell pick up will have the pull out fishing rod storage? Probably not, but it would be cool. Great truck show with Atomic City’s new jon boat kit. Powell also made a sport wagon version of the truck.
  17. I’m enjoying what you’re doing. A Chevelle sure made for a great looking race car.
  18. I’m interested in the Shelby but I’ve blown my June model budget already. Ordered the Atomic City jon boat kit and preordered two of Wes’s dirt late model kits.
  19. I’m in for this one too!
  20. Mark, I agree with you about the roll cages in that kit and also the Lennie Pond era Chevelle kits. They are entirely to thick and my pet peeve, a cage that doesn’t go to the roof!
  21. As always Mark, your attention to detail and realism is second to none. I’m really enjoying this as Monte Carlo’s (up to 1977) are one of my favorite 1:1 cars. Made for a great looking race car too!
  22. I can see picking up an El Camino.
